Then you could ask yourself what would happen if people do not like your speech, then you could say that if people don’t like your speech then they wouldn’t like you. You can just keep asking yourself and when you get to the end you might realize that there is nothing to be afraid of.
The last way you can get over your fears is by going into nature. Nature is a great way to calm your nerves, as it is so serene. Many people benefit by just going outside before a big performance or something that they are afraid of.
